Someone once asked me where they could buy the soap again. Then the salt. Then the bowl.
That's where Le Comptoir began.
Here you'll find the same artisans as in the boxes, without waiting for the next one. Small workshops, family-run most of the time, that I spent months searching for and never let go of.
Hand-painted earthenware, salt harvested from the water's surface, soaps, pure butter biscuits. Everything is made in France. Everything passed through my hands before reaching you.
I don't put anything here that I wouldn't keep in my own home.
